The MBS Academe is a 2400 square foot personal instruction studio located on the first floor of The Dakota Building at 1785 W. Stadium Blvd. in Ann Arbor. This brand new facility boasts two changing rooms, kitchen, viewing lobby, private bathroom, state-of-the-art sound system, hardwood sprung floor, and over 90 parking spaces.

The Academe is open 7 days a week, 6am - 10pm, with two ways to rent: by the hour or contractual arrangement. The hourly rate of $35.00 includes 45 minutes of instructional training and 15 minutes transition. Contractual arrangements for extended periods of time are arranged with our facilities manager based on your needs.

The Academe is perfect for classes such as Dance, Martial Arts, Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, Aerobics and more. The space also offers tables and chairs and is a fantastic spot for Health & Wellness Lectures and Workshops.
