What forms of payment do you accept and when do I need to pay for my class?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Check or Cash. All Classes must be paid for at time of space reservation in order for us to to hold your time slot and not take other bookings. We reserve the right to cancel classes due to nonpayment by instructors.

Do I need any type of special insurance?
Professional liability insurance is required of instructors adding The Academe as additional insured. Lecturers are not required to carry insurance.

Why do I have to have my students sign the required waivers?
We request that all participants of physical activity classes to sign a waiver of liability in case of injury.

Can I book the space for a whole weekend event?
Yes. Please call our facilities manager to discuss prices and availability.

What can the Academe be rented for?
Any type of fitness or health and wellness class, lecture, workshop or private gathering.

If I plan on booking several time slots or a whole weekend will I receive a discount?
Depending on your needs, our facilities manager will be happy to accommodate you. Give us a call!

Will you register students for my classes?
No. You will need to tell us how you would like students to contact you directly to register for your class.
